Guy Collyer
Chief Executive Officer
Guy Collyer has been the CEO at QISS Global since 2016. During this time he has been involved in a number of significant projects focused on the counter proliferation, investigation and prosecution of persons who cause harm with chemical and biological materials, whether they are criminals, terrorists or state actors.
Up until April 2024 Guy was also the Head of the Police Crime Prevention Academy, a police owned non profit organization with a mission to prevent crime and victimsation in the UK. He was responsible for a small team who would deliver qualifications for police, security and other key roles focused on reducing crime in the United Kingdom.
Prior to this, Guy spent 30 years in the UK Police Service and 3 years at INTERPOL focused on Counter Terrorism issues. As National Coordinator for Biological Security, Guy was the author of a number of publications including ‘Personnel Security Standards for Laboratories’. The aim of this guidance was to combat the insider threat and protect high risk biological materials. He went on to work on projects aimed at protecting the critical national infrastructure within the UK.
During a 3-year tenure at INTERPOL, Guy was the Head of the BioTerrorism Prevention Unit. During this time, Guy and his team devised many training delivery programs that were delivered around the world, including the creation of a Biosecurity working group in West Africa during the 2014 Ebola outbreak.
Guy has been the author of 6 UK Government publications and published in a number of peer reviewed journals. In 2011 he was awarded the OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honors List, for public service. In 2014 he was awarded the Afghanistan National Police Medal of Honor by General Said Afani, for his work in training the ANP in bioterrorism prevention.
Tina Hu
Director - Project Development
Tina is an experienced project manager with over 10 years of managing projects at INTERPOL, digital transformation, and data analysis in consulting companies. She is an expert in resource and event planning and executing projects from beginning to end. As an educated professional in international security, Tina brings in her understanding and knowledge of current world affairs in addition to project management, and day-to-day operational needs.
Tina also works for Privanova as an Operations and Project Manager and is an alumus of the Reseau Nucleaire & Strategie - Nouvelle Generation.
Tina holds a Masters degree in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and is trilingual in French, English, and Mandarin Chinese.
